Anforderungen

• •3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR
• •Direct experience leading recruitment in Tech, IT, or Fast-Paced Industry
• •Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• •In-depth understanding of labor laws and HR compliance in EU countries
• •Operational knowledge to design employee experience
• •Proficiency with Google Workspace, MS Office, and Slack
• •Native in German and fluent in English
• •Willingness to travel internationally
• •Degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
• •Experience in global HRIS systems or HR tools
• •Experience sourcing various positions, including tech roles
• •Experience working with global teams
• •Proactive and hands-on mentality
