Anforderungen
- •3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR
- •Direct experience leading recruitment in Tech, IT, or Fast-Paced Industry
- •Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- •In-depth understanding of labor laws and HR compliance in EU countries
- •Operational knowledge to design employee experience
- •Proficiency with Google Workspace, MS Office, and Slack
- •Native in German and fluent in English
- •Willingness to travel internationally
- •Degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- •Experience in global HRIS systems or HR tools
- •Experience sourcing various positions, including tech roles
- •Experience working with global teams
- •Proactive and hands-on mentality
