- Proficiency with Google Workspace, MS Office, and Slack
- Native in German and fluent in English
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Experience in global HRIS systems or HR tools
- Experience sourcing various positions, including tech roles
- Experience working with global teams
- Proactive and hands-on mentality
