Anforderungen

• Experience in Recruiting, HR, People Operations, or comparable role
• Strong execution mindset and hands-on approach
• Ability to recruit operational and office roles
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Structured, reliable, and organized working style
• Proactive and resourceful candidate sourcing
• Management of multiple parallel hiring processes
• Experience with HR tools (Personio is a plus)
• Interest in using AI for recruiting efficiency
• English required, German is a strong plus

Aufgaben

• Manage the end-to-end hiring process
• Advertise open positions across relevant channels
• Source candidates via LinkedIn and social communities
• Build partnerships and relationships with universities
• Represent the company at career fairs
• Screen applications and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate feedback loops with hiring managers
• Enhance candidate experience from contact to contract
• Improve recruiting funnels and conversion rates
• Prepare and issue employment contracts
• Organize structured onboarding for new hires
• Conduct scheduled employee check-ins
• Maintain HR processes using Personio and AI
• Manage employee data and documentation
• Address people-related operational inquiries
• Build scalable recruiting workflows
• Track and analyze hiring KPIs
• Optimize tools and templates for fast hiring
• Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning
