• •Ability to recruit operational and office roles

• •Proactive and resourceful candidate sourcing
• •Management of multiple parallel hiring processes
• •Experience with HR tools (Personio is a plus)
• •Interest in using AI for recruiting efficiency
• •English required, German is a strong plus

• •Manage employee data and documentation
• •Address people-related operational inquiries
• •Build scalable recruiting workflows
• •Track and analyze hiring KPIs
• •Optimize tools and templates for fast hiring
• •Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning
