- Extensive B2B SaaS experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales
- Demonstrated success in achieving revenue targets via expansion pipeline
- Strong communication and consultative selling skills
- Ability to understand and unearth customer pains
- Drive business growth using customer pain findings
- Keeping customer goals front and centre
- Analytical mindset
- Strong sense of accountability
- Strong sense of ownership
- Commercial acumen
- Excellent time-management skills
- Handling multiple customers and calls with precision
- Fast learner
- Adapts quickly to new software tools
- Adapts quickly to new sales processes
- Experience with SPICED selling approach is a plus
- Fluent in German (min. C1)
- Fluent in English (min. C1)
- Background in Fleet or Mobility Management is advantageous
Aufgaben
- Manage high-value DACH customer portfolio
- Ensure high adoption rates and long-term loyalty
- Proactively identify expansion opportunities
- Drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR)
- Build and manage expansion pipeline
- Identify upsell and cross-sell potential
- Partner with Account Managers to close deals
- Uncover customer pain points through consultative selling
- Align customer needs with Shiftmove’s value proposition
- Leverage health scores and usage analytics
- Predict churn risks and identify growth opportunities
- Advocate for DACH market requirements in product roadmap
- Complete product certification and onboarding
- Shadow key customer interactions
- Map account health and identify immediate opportunities
- Lead QBRs independently
- Drive strategic success plans
- Build expansion pipeline actively
