- •7+ years customer-facing renewals experience
- •Excellent English and German communication skills

- •Strategic thinking and renewal closing skills
- •Excellent oral and written communication skills
- •Effective cross-functional team collaboration
- •Understanding of Contentful APIs and stack
- •Strong attention to detail and organization
- •Technical proficiency and interest in technology

Aufgaben
- •Manage 20-30 enterprise accounts as a trusted advisor
- •Guide new customers to align and achieve value expectations
- •Advise on priorities and communicate KPIs through success paths
- •Drive product adoption and improve customer health scores
- •Lead consistent business reviews based on customer goals
- •Proactively flag and mitigate risks within your portfolio
- •Lead renewal conversations for large, strategic enterprise logos
- •Negotiate pricing and contract terms with procurement teams
- •Forecast renewals accurately and close them on schedule
- •Develop and execute detailed customer close plans
- •Translate customer insights into actionable product feedback
- •Collaborate with product managers on feedback progress
- •Partner with sales, partner organizations, and professional services
