- 3-5 years international & cross-regional Customer Service /Order To Cash processes /Inside Sales and/or Logistics experience
- Proven formal and/or informal leadership track record
- Strong commercial & business acumen
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven relation building and collaboration skills
- Strong Analytical skills
- Cross-cultural expertise
- Excellent SAP knowledge and experience
- Excellent MS Office knowledge and experience
- Excellent Salesforce.com (CRM) knowledge and experience
- Fluent English
- German language skills advantageous
- Other European language skills advantageous
Aufgaben
- Lead and develop Customer Service Representatives
- Advocate for Customer Service within the Strategic Business Unit
- Foster an environment of decision-making and modernization
- Ensure compliance with Safety, Trade & Compliance, and Sarbanes Oxley guidelines
- Interact with regional and global Customer Service Leaders
- Account for Customer Service performance and satisfaction
- Support business targets through high customer engagement
- Develop strategic relationships within and across teams
- Translate business strategies to the Customer Service team
- Coach and develop team members for role progression
- Use Key Performance Indicators to improve processes and service delivery
- Roll out new capabilities to enhance performance and e-tool adoption
- Collaborate with the Center of Excellence for best practices
- Make decisions based on systematic review of relevant facts
- Communicate clear rationale for decisions and recommendations
- Represent Customer Service in various meetings
- Create an inspiring, respectful, inclusive, and diverse environment
- Attract, hire, and retain top talent
- Lead and support Customer Service projects
- Build external connections to inform customer service trends
