- •Proven team management experience
- •Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service
- •Knowledge of personnel management
- •Advanced knowledge of product or service
- •Entrepreneurial thinking and action; results-oriented work style; strong sales and service orientation
- •Excellent knowledge of SAP/SD module
- •Advanced MS Office skills
- •English and German C1 level
- •Degree in Supply Chain / Chemicals or a science related discipline
