- •Experience in customer-facing sales or marketing
- •Experience with SaaS tech stack
- •Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure
- •Solution-driven mindset and data-leveraging skills
- •Ability to demonstrate product functionality
- •Self-motivation and proactive teamwork
- •German and English fluency
- •Project Management certifications or equivalent

- •Proactively suggest improvements to existing processes

- •Create and iterate 1-to-many engagement strategies
- •Host webinars, office hours, and consultations
- •Partner with cross-functional teams on customer experience
- •Manage a book of 500 to 1000 accounts
- •Identify risks and opportunities using internal dashboards
- •Maintain high data hygiene in Salesforce and CS tools
