Anforderungen
- Active DoD TS/SCI Security Clearance
- Bachelor's degree in relevant technical discipline
- 2 years of overall related experience
- 4+ years additional related experience in lieu of degree
- DOD IAT/IAM Level III certification in lieu of degree
- Network Operations/Incident Management experience
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to write error-free reports
- Ability to work days, swings, or weekend coverage
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Knowledge of ASI process across DISA services
- Familiarity with ITSM, Team, GVS, WWOLS, Service Now
Aufgaben
- Monitor, track, and report on system reboots, facility power events, and software updates
- Monitor, track, and report on security patch implementation and hardware upgrades/replacements
- Monitor, track, and report on cable repairs/upgrades and routine preventive maintenance
- Conduct senior level executive briefings
- Prepare DISA USEUCOM DNC priority/high interest ASI presentations
- Prepare DISA's Morning Operational Brief
- Track and report on high interest ASI items
- Respond to informational requests regarding ASI
- Review ASI portal inputs
- Analyze potential impacts of scheduled/unscheduled events on critical infrastructure
- Assess potential impacts to assets supporting assigned missions
- Report results of analysis and assessment
- Maintain situational awareness for DISA EUR Leadership
- Monitor, direct, coordinate, and de-conflict DISA coordinated maintenance actions
- Coordinate Periods of Non-Disruption (POND) impacting the USEUCOM area of operations
- Escalate unresolved issues to the DISA EUR Battle Captain
