Aufgaben
- Maintain CSfC network, domains, applications, and EUD devices
- Initiate preventive maintenance on operating systems
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CSfC infrastructure devices
- Provide 24/7 security administration for encryption endpoints
- Ensure endpoints maintain latest security patches and updates
- Provide front line support for network services and IA
- Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of workstations
- Troubleshoot software and hardware failures
- Set up and maintain administrator and service accounts
- Maintain system documentation and performance
- Install system-wide software and critical patches
- Allocate mass storage space
- Resolve CSfC issues related to workstations and user accounts
- Assist in implementing policies and standards for computing resources
- Schedule, plan, and oversee system upgrades
- Review process efficiency for problem control
- Analyze system faults and run diagnostic tests
- Evaluate and install developed software during testing
- Prepare documentation for systems and software installation
- Investigate and recommend solutions for system issues
- Administer systems environment for multiple projects
- Interface with vendors for trouble calls
- Support planning of system environment requirements
- Produce management information for problem management
- Allocate resources for problem management
- Monitor error control effectiveness
- Escalate and track problems at appropriate priority levels
- Communicate clearly and succinctly in writing and speech
- Work in dynamic, fast-paced environments
- Interact and coordinate with team members
- Support customer infrastructure troubleshooting and administration
- Provide remote and on-site support as required
- Ensure successful administration and maintenance of the system
