Anforderungen
- Minimum Secret clearance
- MS/BA/BS Engineering, IT, CS, Business, Project Management or related + 5 years specialized experience OR AA/AS + 7 years specialized experience OR major cert + 9 years specialized experience OR 11 years specialized experience
- Active Secret clearance, ability to obtain TS/SCI
- Appropriate DCWF certification(s) IAW DoD 8140
- Proven experience in complex technology-driven enterprise solutions/systems implementation
- Understanding of engineering lifecycle management principles
- Demonstrated financial acumen
- Ability to develop ROMs, cost estimates, budget forecasts, resource projections
- Strong ability to translate technical requirements into project plans and cost estimates
- Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, and traditional project management methodologies
- Experience in 3-4 star level military/joint command or similar organization
- Experience with Joint Operational Planning at Action Officer-level or above is a plus
- Knowledge of cloud modernization
- Knowledge of enterprise infrastructure
- Knowledge of cybersecurity
- Knowledge of network engineering
- Experience supporting technical review boards or architecture governance processes
- PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, ITIL, or comparable certifications
Aufgaben
- Support Chief Engineer in managing project portfolio
- Maintain visibility of active, planned, and proposed initiatives
- Track project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and risks
- Monitor engineering workload, resource allocation, and capacity
- Assist in prioritizing engineering efforts based on mission needs
- Develop Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates for projects
- Create ROM estimates for technical refresh and modernization
- Develop project charters, plans, schedules, and roadmaps
- Maintain project repositories and engineering documentation
- Ensure projects follow architecture, cybersecurity, and engineering standards
