- Experience supporting sensitive activities (SAP, STO, ACCM, Intelligence Operations)

- Ability to manage and facilitate high-level meetings and working groups
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; ability to brief senior leaders
- Project management methodologies Certification (PMP, Agile, JOPES)
- Eligibility for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance required

- Develop and coordinate compartmented operations
- Implement activities and investments for strategic requirements
- Create concepts of operation supporting theater strategy
- Advise clients on complex systems and policies
- Analyze and evaluate mission risks and stakeholder integration
- Track performance of projects and operations
- Guide development of unique solutions using Special Access Programs
- Leverage Sensitive Technical Operations capabilities
- Solve complex design and integration problems
- Translate customer strategy into actionable project concepts
