Promoting Rockwell Automation solutions to end-user customers, building long-term relationships. Bachelor's degree in engineering/technical field and 6-8 years of technology sales experience required. Fully remote with travel, mindfulness programs, and volunteer PTO.

- Driver's license
- Local language skills and active English skills
- Sales experience in technology organization
- Minimum 6-8 years experience in technology organization
- Additional education in business administration or marketing
- Excellent knowledge of production processes
Aufgaben
- Promote Rockwell Automation solutions, products, and services
- Focus on prospective and existing end-user customers
- Establish long-term business relationships with customers
- Create and implement account plans and targets
- Grow existing customer base
- Develop new customer relationships
- Cross-sell Rockwell Automation solutions and IIOT projects
- Coordinate global, pan-European, and in-country sales plans
- Prepare and present quotes, sales proposals, and contracts
- Consult on pricing, product specifications, warranties, and product adaptation
- Collaborate with sales teams to increase market reach
- Ensure appropriate order fulfillment
- Understand customer organizations and senior management
- Identify key decision-makers and business strategies
- Develop customer-focused sales strategies
- Support Rockwell Automation's market strategy
- Share new potential accounts with Sales Management
- Set and achieve challenging targets
- Coach others to improve performance
- Maintain up-to-date technical and commercial skills
- Foster open communication and engagement with prospects
- Identify important issues from gathered information
