- BSc in Electrical Engineering discipline or equivalent engineering experience
- Familiarity with Allen Bradley/Rockwell products
- Skills in defining automation solutions and costing for technical projects
- Commercial flair to support Sales in winning proposed projects
- Full working proficiency in both German and English
- Background in industries like Life Science and Food and Beverage
- Further education in engineering, computer science or project management
- Control System Architecture Design (Client Server) experience
- Experience using a CRM system
Aufgaben
- Oversee proposal generation based on customer requirements
- Prepare and present quotes, sales proposals, and contracts
- Ensure compliance with company policies and obtain necessary approvals
- Consult with departments on pricing, product specifications, and warranties
- Analyze customer requirements for process control system solutions
- Support sales efforts with pre-sales activities and LCS demonstrations
- Create or coordinate effort estimates for engineering work
- Coordinate the bidding process progress
- Manage proposal development with contract management, finance, and technical consulting teams
