Key Account Manager – Data Center Segment(m/w/x)
Developing EMEA business plans and growing partnerships with channel/kitting partners for critical IT infrastructure at global diversified industrial company. Substantial sales experience in electrical or industrial sectors, with proven key account management success required. Frequent international collaboration across EMEA teams.
Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field, or technical/vocational degree
- Substantial sales experience (preferably in electrical, industrial, or data center sectors)
- Proven success in key account management and sales target achievement
- Strong influencing, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience with international customers and cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent English
- Willingness to travel across Europe
- Demonstrated proficiency in Salesforce (CRM)
- Proven experience in Data Center market
- Strong understanding of industry dynamics
- Strong understanding of customer needs
- Solution-based selling in high-tech infrastructure
- Fluency in additional European language
Aufgaben
- Develop and execute EMEA Data Center business plans
- Identify and build relationships with key accounts
- Grow partnerships with channel/kitting partners across Europe
- Collaborate with country sales representatives
- Partner with cross-functional teams
- Facilitate initial orders, demand planning, and customer support
- Represent 3M’s EMD product portfolio
- Articulate value propositions and application benefits
- Conduct product demonstrations and training
- Provide training to internal teams, customers, and partners
- Mentor peers and junior sales staff
- Maintain accurate CRM account and opportunity data
- Ensure timely reporting of forecasts
- Report pipeline status using SFDC
- Provide market intelligence reports
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Stay current on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Refine sales strategy based on market insights
