Aufgaben
- Drive commercial development and execution of Off-Site Construction segment strategy
- Achieve sales, margin, and sustainable growth objectives
- Build and expand key customer relationships
- Acquire new business and strengthen existing accounts
- Lead full commercial cycle, including account prioritization, pricing decisions, and negotiations
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity
- Translate insights into clear commercial priorities and actions
- Represent customer voice by feeding market and customer insights into segment strategy
- Manage sales pipeline and forecasting through CRM tools
- Ensure disciplined follow-up and accurate projections
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams
- Deliver integrated solutions and improve customer experience
- Monitor financial performance
- Proactively manage risks
- Ensure profitability through effective pricing and margin management
