- •University or Bachelor's degree; advanced degree or MBA preferred, or equivalent sales experience in industrial print business
- •15+ years of experience in the printing industry; minimum 10 years of experience in a management function
- •Strong collaboration and communication skills
- •Experience in working in an international environment
- •Customer/Partner & solution oriented
- •Strong negotiation skills with Senior Management level
- •Strategic Business & Sales Planning and drive to find new opportunities
- •Budget Management & Cost Optimization
- •Ability to build relationships internally and externally
- •Partner Management knowledge
- •Fluent German and English; additional languages welcome
- •Leadership qualities and credibility
