- University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or comparable field
- Several years of experience in international sales or sales support, ideally in engineering or consulting
- Proven track record in developing and executing global sales strategies and managing complex multi-region opportunities
- Strong knowledge of sales processes, CRM systems, pricing strategies, and commercial frameworks
- Experience working in matrix organizations and managing cross-functional, international teams
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- High self-motivation, responsibility, and strategic thinking
- Fluent English; additional languages advantageous
