- Upsell and cross-sell to existing accounts
- Manage primary customer inquiries and issues
- Foster long-term stakeholder relationships
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Coordinate onboarding with customer success teams
- Lead meetings and complex sales presentations
- Analyze customer business needs and challenges
- Present tailored legal and compliance solutions
- Conduct regular strategic business reviews
- Coordinate implementations with professional services
- Partner with alliances for account planning
- Provide feedback for product development
- Achieve monthly and annual sales quotas
