Anforderungen
- Master’s degree in business, international affairs, technology, public policy or related field
- 7–10 years of relevant experience in event leadership, start-up ecosystems, venture capital, corporate innovation, consulting or international organization
- Proven track record of designing and delivering high-profile events and/or programmes
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies, entrepreneurship and global innovation ecosystems
- Familiarity in one or more Centre-relevant domains (e.g. financial and monetary systems)
- Demonstrated senior stakeholder engagement experience across corporates, innovators, governments and international organizations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proven ability to work across cultures
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional workstreams
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative mindset

Aufgaben
- Lead the design, planning, and delivery of innovator-dedicated events
- Shape and coordinate innovator programming within Forum-wide events
- Map external events and develop a strategy to leverage them
- Collaborate with event, content, and communications teams
- Lead innovator development for several Forum Centres
- Serve as the primary interface between innovator community and Centre leadership
- Identify and onboard innovators aligned with Centre priorities
- Embed innovators into Centre initiatives, working groups, and flagship activities
- Translate Centre priorities into innovator engagement opportunities
- Collaborate across centres, industries, and regions to embed innovators
- Track engagement metrics and produce insights
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the innovator experience
- Mentor and support junior colleagues
