- University degree in communications, journalism, international relations, political science, or related discipline
- Advanced degree an asset
- 5–7 years relevant professional experience in editorial content development, communications, publishing, or related field
- Experience within an international organization, media, think tank or consultancy environment
- Project management experience for complex publications
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Ability to translate complex or technical material into clear, engaging content

Aufgaben
- Develop, project manage, and deliver a Forum report
- Coordinate the editorial calendar, contributor inputs, and review cycles
- Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of reports
- Edit and shape content for tone, clarity, and narrative coherence
- Ensure content consistency with Forum style and standards
- Liaise with design and internal teams to manage report production
- Contribute to developing and editing other content products
- Contribute to developing and editing communications content
- Contribute to developing and editing dynamic explainers and onboarding materials
- Promote and explain the Forum's work on Strategic Intelligence and Foresight
- Contribute to planning and executing communications strategies
- Support engagement with Forum teams, external partners, and stakeholders
- Prepare Transformation Map texts
