Anforderungen
- Master’s degree in business, international affairs, technology, public policy or related field
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in start-up ecosystem, venture capital, corporate innovation, community management, consulting or international organization
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies, entrepreneurship and global innovation ecosystems
- Strong operational and organizational skills, with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proven ability to work across cultures and manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
- Collaborative mindset, entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to Forum’s mission
Aufgaben
- Support event preparation for flagship and community events
- Ensure operational readiness and coordinate with relevant teams for events
- Maintain innovator communities, including sending onboarding and offboarding materials
- Promptly and accurately remove companies from communities upon departure
- Manage unpaids by coordinating follow-up and resolution with internal stakeholders
- Identify and assess prospective Technology Pioneers, Global Innovators, and emerging companies
- Support innovator presence and programming at flagship events
- Collaborate with colleagues across centers, industries, and regions to embed innovators
- Track engagement and community maintenance metrics
- Produce insights on innovator experience
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the innovator experience
