- Identify journey gaps
- Define project requirements
- Translate complex information into clear requirements
- Review and analyze business rules
- Create detailed documentation for agents
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine training
- Create business cases
- Conduct deep data analysis
- Identify customer needs
- Measure post-go-live effects
- Serve as primary contact for Customer Service
- Offer guidance on requirements
- Facilitate negotiations between teams
- Mediate to ensure decisions
- Enhance customer satisfaction
- Improve operational efficiency
- Represent customer's voice within Flanker Brands
- Work closely with core team members
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Conduct business validations
- Ensure solutions meet business needs
