- Comfortable working with B2B data, connectivity, mobile, ICT products
- Ability to translate business requirements into application deliverables
- Strong understanding of modern digital platforms, integration patterns, and data flows
- Hands-on experience with process analytics and workflow optimization
- Experience embedding automation into business journeys
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Ability to simplify complexity
- Ability to create alignment
- Ability to hold the line on priorities

- Develop and enhance business applications for B2B and Wholesale customers
- Ensure application availability, stability, and security
- Coordinate incidents, changes, and releases
- Capture and prioritize business requirements with stakeholders
- Steer and quality-assure delivery with external and internal partners
- Create and maintain application documentation
- Continuously improve application documentation
