Anforderungen
- Completed degree in accounting, finance, or management accounting
- Several years relevant professional experience in international environment
- Extensive leadership experience and skills
- Knowledge of IFRS and Austrian Commercial Code (UGB)
- Experience in budgeting, multi-year planning, group accounting, international tax
- Experience with consolidation software and/or ERP systems (SAP) advantageous
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Strong analytical and holistic thinking

Aufgaben
- Lead the ITS Group Accounting Team
- Coordinate subsidiaries’ monthly reporting
- Ensure intercompany reconciliation
- Prepare consolidated financial statements
- Review IFRS reporting packages
- Implement central holding company functions
- Provide technical and IT support
- Advise domestic and foreign subsidiaries
- Design consolidation processes
- Develop consolidation and reporting software
- Further develop Group and accounting policies
- Maintain Group chart of accounts in SAP
- Handle specific IFRS accounting matters
- Participate in post-acquisition integration
- Contribute to internal transformation projects
