Anforderungen
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, Accounting, or comparable qualification
- Several years of relevant professional experience (ideally 10+ years) in Controlling or Finance, preferably in international and project-driven business environment
- Strong expertise in reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Excellent knowledge of SAP FI/CO or comparable ERP systems, advanced Excel skills
- Experience with BI and reporting tools is an advantage
- Proven experience establishing and developing controlling processes, reporting structures, management tools, or group-wide standards
- Experience in risk and opportunity management within complex project and corporate structures
- Strong understanding of business and financial interrelationships, ability to present and communicate complex topics clearly to different target audiences
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
- Strong analytical and conceptual abilities, high initiative, capability to actively drive change processes, trusted business partner to management

- Strengthen Controlling team
- Develop reporting, planning, and controlling structures
- Prepare and analyze management reports
- Coordinate forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes
- Advise management on financial and strategic decisions
- Conduct in-depth financial and business analyses
- Derive actionable recommendations for business performance
- Implement central holding functions
- Establish risk and opportunity management processes
- Monitor project and business environment
- Support international finance and transformation projects
- Drive SAP projects
- Identify optimization and automation opportunities
- Implement improvement initiatives
- Further develop controlling processes
- Standardize and harmonize controlling tools and standards
- Collaborate with business departments and local teams
