Anforderungen
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, Accounting, or comparable qualification
- Several years of relevant professional experience (ideally 10+ years) in Controlling or Finance, preferably within international and production-oriented business environment
- Strong expertise in reporting, forecasting, budgeting, financial analysis, and business performance management
- Excellent knowledge of SAP FI/CO or comparable ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills
- Experience with BI and reporting tools, and SAP-related transformation projects is an advantage
- Proven experience in development and enhancement of controlling processes, reporting structures, management tools, or group-wide standards, ideally with manufacturing controlling exposure
- Strong understanding of business and financial interrelationships, ability to present and communicate complex topics clearly to different target audiences
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
- Strong analytical and conceptual abilities, high initiative, capability to actively drive change processes, and act as trusted business partner to management
Aufgaben
- Join the Controlling team at SWARCO AG
- Manage and develop international, production-oriented business areas
- Support sustainable development with a focus on cost management
- Prepare, analyze, and develop management reports
- Coordinate forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes
- Advise management on financial and business matters
- Support strategic and operational decision-making
- Conduct in-depth financial and business analyses
- Derive actionable recommendations for business performance
- Contribute to international finance and transformation projects
- Support SAP rollouts across international subsidiaries
- Develop and standardize controlling processes and tools
- Harmonize reporting structures and relevant policies
- Serve as the central point of contact for SAP FI/CO topics
- Manage master data and ensure high data quality
- Identify and implement optimization and automation opportunities
- Collaborate with local finance teams and international stakeholders
