Aufgaben
- Oversee financial strategy, planning, and management
- Ensure financial stability, efficiency, and compliance
- Shape finance organization of SWARCO ITS Group
- Lead budgeting, reporting, and risk management
- Support company growth and profitability
- Manage ITS Finance team with full responsibility
- Collaborate with CFO and Executive Board
- Provide data-driven financial insights and recommendations
- Develop and implement finance strategy
- Own financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Create financial models and scenario analyses
- Optimize capital allocation and cash flow
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Comply with IFRS, local GAAP, and regulatory requirements
- Oversee internal controls and corporate governance
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies
- Identify and mitigate financial risks
- Evaluate investment opportunities and business cases
- Support ESG and sustainability reporting
- Improve finance processes and data quality
- Drive automation and digitalization in finance
