Anforderungen
- 2+ years leading Customer Success or Strategic Account Management team, ideally SaaS
- Strong track record driving KPIs (GRR, expansion revenue)
- Proactive Customer Success value-driver mindset
- Ability to develop and implement ideas for customer satisfaction and product usage
- Native or professional fluency in German and English
- Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis
- Experience/familiarity with EDI standards, E-Invoicing, global supply chain, or understanding technical B2B SaaS solutions
- Experience managing/coaching multi-regional teams (DACH, International)
- Experience scaling CSM department during rapid growth
Aufgaben
- Lead and develop a team of 4 CSMs
- Steer team activities using data insights
- Align team performance with global growth targets
- Own Gross Revenue Retention (GRR)
- Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
- Hand over opportunities to Account Management
- Collaborate with Account Management Team Lead
- Bridge client needs with technical delivery teams
- Iterate processes to increase product adoption
- Design workflows to decrease churn risk
- Conduct strategic client check-ins
- Conduct client business reviews
- Manage high-level escalations
- Maintain account health using analytics and tools
- Guide team focus proactively
