Anforderungen
- Previous customer service experience or technical support
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
- Basic experience using common online, mobile, and desktop platforms
- Experience interacting with customers through Phone, Email, Ticketing, and Live Chat platforms
- Experience or knowledge of the Hospitality industry
- Experience supporting a SaaS product
- Experience supporting an iOS application
- Computer networking experience or interest
- Passion in technology
- Working knowledge of Mac OS and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Hospitality experience
- Dutch or French written and verbal communication skills
Aufgaben
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers
- Assist customers with a variety of requests
- Investigate and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Engage positively with hospitality customers and partners
- Maintain high support standards via phone, chat, and email
- Utilize troubleshooting techniques to identify customer issues
- Document and track customer interactions in support platforms
- Assist in identifying and escalating product issues to Quality Assurance
- Promote improvements to products and services
- Work within a schedule to ensure customer support availability
