- •Experience managing Telegram or similar chat-based communities
- •Experience in crypto, fintech, or finance
- •Fluency in German (native or near-native level)
- •Comfortable engaging in English with professionalism
- •Passion for customer experience
- •Keen sense of building loyalty and driving engagement
- •Proactivity and collaboration
- •Excitement to contribute to a fast-paced environment
- •Effective communication across all levels
- •Insight sharing, escalation handling, and feedback delivery

- •Engage proactively with community members
- •Share updates and respond to questions
- •Initiate discussions to create a positive environment
- •Moderate Telegram groups according to internal guidelines
- •Remove inappropriate content and issue warnings
- •Escalate or ban users when necessary
- •Act as a liaison between users, moderators, and internal teams
- •Surface valuable feedback and sentiment trends
- •Monitor Telegram activity patterns and key discussions
- •Identify and report sentiment shifts and trends
- •Adapt your schedule to high-activity periods and breaking news
