As a Senior Strategy Consultant, you will shape the bank's strategic direction by driving impactful projects and providing insights that keep RBI competitive. Your role involves analyzing market trends, developing strategies, and collaborating with top management to ensure long-term success.

Anforderungen

• •Advanced degree in finance, business administration, economics, or related areas
• •Proven track record of driving complex strategy projects
• •Min. 3-5 years of experience in banking, ideally in strategy or business development, or consultancy
• •Ambition, proactivity, and willingness to take on responsibility
• •Structured, independent way of working and out-of-the-box thinking
• •Outstanding analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills
• •Excellent communication and presentation skills in a very senior environment
• •Open-mindedness, positive personality, and strong communication and teamwork skills
• •Enthusiasm for innovation and trends in financial services, especially in Central & Eastern Europe
• •Basic understanding of key technological trends related to customer centricity, Data & AI
• •Perfect command of German and English

Aufgaben

• •Drive high-impact strategic projects
• •Provide strategic recommendations across RBI Group's business activities
• •Conduct market analyses to identify strategic opportunities and threats
• •Develop strategy recommendations for specific product categories or segments
• •Perform strategy reviews of selected group subsidiaries or network banks
• •Assess the potential of new markets
• •Offer second opinions on existing strategies of other group units
• •Redefine business and operating models
• •Manage implementation projects of strategic relevance
• •Prepare information and decision-making documents for top management
• •Align closely with other group units on strategy-related matters
