As the Head of Group Financial Steering, you will lead a team dedicated to optimizing financial performance and resource allocation. Your role involves defining frameworks, partnering with business lines, and providing insights to drive growth while managing risk.

Anforderungen

• •University degree in Finance or similar fields
• •Several years of experience in Banking with in-depth understanding of bank steering, finance, controlling and treasury
• •Knowledge of Funds Transfer Pricing methodology (FTP)
• •Proven leadership experience that drives team success
• •Pro-activeness, adaptability, and strong desire for continuous learning and development
• •Ability to handle changing situations effectively and proactive approach towards personal growth
• •Ability to communicate complex topics in an understandable and structured way and possessing presentation skills
• •Excellent command of English, any other language is a plus

Aufgaben

• •Lead a team focused on financial steering and resource allocation
• •Define a financial steering framework for RBI Group
• •Co-design the resource allocation framework
• •Co-design the strategic KPIs framework
• •Operate the controlling function for RBI Group's holding function in Austria
• •Manage reporting, planning, and financial steering for the Austrian business bank
• •Partner with business lines on strategic and financial aspects
• •Enhance cooperation with group-wide business areas
• •Provide transparency on key financial developments to senior decision-makers
• •Make recommendations to drive growth and profitability while managing risk
• •Conduct deep-dive profitability analysis
• •Lead projects with strategic relevance for RBI Group from a finance perspective
• •Streamline finance processes from a data and IT infrastructure perspective
• •Collaborate with divisions to define the Controlling and FTP framework
