Anforderungen
- •University degree in Finance or similar fields
- •Several years of experience in Banking with in-depth understanding of bank steering, finance, controlling and treasury
- •Knowledge of Funds Transfer Pricing methodology (FTP)
- •Proven leadership experience that drives team success
- •Pro-activeness, adaptability, and strong desire for continuous learning and development
- •Ability to handle changing situations effectively and proactive approach towards personal growth
- •Ability to communicate complex topics in an understandable and structured way, and possessing presentation skills
- •Excellent command of English, any other language is a plus

Aufgaben
- •Lead a team focused on financial steering and resource allocation
- •Define a financial steering framework for the RBI Group
- •Co-design the resource allocation framework
- •Co-design the strategic KPIs framework
- •Operate the controlling function for RBI Group in Austria
- •Cover reporting, planning, and steering for the Austrian business bank
- •Partner with business lines on strategic and financial aspects
- •Strengthen cooperation with group-wide business areas
- •Provide transparency on key financial developments to senior decision-makers
- •Make recommendations to drive growth and profitability
- •Conduct deep-dive profitability analysis
- •Contribute to or lead strategically relevant finance projects
- •Co-define and streamline finance processes with IT infrastructure
- •Co-define the Controlling and FTP framework with relevant divisions
