Anforderungen

  • •Expertise in traditional asset management
  • •Strong working knowledge of tokenization and crypto market structures

  • •Background in banking or asset management
  • •Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Computer Science

  • •Develop and deliver a comprehensive tokenization strategy for RBI
  • •Bridge traditional asset management with innovative tokenized models
  • •Align with business lines, compliance, and legal for implementation roadmaps
  • •Identify, scope, and prioritize tokenization use cases
  • •Lead POCs and MVPs, shaping business cases for delivery
  • •Collaborate with internal and external partners for regulatory compliance
  • •Explore adjacent emerging tech domains like AI-enabled banking
  • •Lead horizon scanning and opportunity assessments
  • •Facilitate cross-functional workshops to ensure alignment
