HR Business Partner(m/w/x)

In this role, you will oversee HR operations throughout the employee lifecycle, partner with executives on strategic initiatives, and lead recruitment for key positions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing change processes, addressing compensation issues, and driving HR projects and cultural initiatives.

Anforderungen
- •University degree in HR, business administration, or psychology
- •Master's degree or additional training/certifications advantageous
- •At least 5 years of relevant experience as HR Business Partner or HR Generalist
- •Experience in the financial industry or highly regulated environment ideally
- •Very good knowledge of Austrian labour law
- •Experience in project management
- •Structured and solution-oriented way of working
- •Proactivity and sense of responsibility
- •Strong communication skills and discretion
- •Fluency in spoken and written German and English
- •Confident handling of MS Office, MS Teams, Copilot, and HR systems
- •Experience with Workday and sagedpw

- •Create and manage employment contracts and exit processes
- •Generate HR reports for analysis and decision-making
- •Serve as an HR Business Partner for executives to enhance strategic initiatives

- •Facilitate performance and talent management processes
- •Assist in navigating complex management and employee situations
- •Independently recruit for management and key positions
- •Support teams and structural changes through organizational development
- •Play an active role in change management during reorganizations
- •Address remuneration and compensation issues with HR specialists
- •Consult on job frameworks, salary and bonus processes, and job gradings
- •Manage HR projects and cultural initiatives
- •Optimize processes and digitize HR operations
- •Implement engagement and leadership measures
