- In-depth knowledge of HR topics and processes
- High affinity for modern (cloud) technologies
- High flexibility and willingness to travel
- Interest in open and constructive collaboration
- Business fluent German and English skills
Aufgaben
- Lead SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting projects from conception to go-live.
- Develop practical recruiting solutions using best practices.
- Technically manage and control your project stream alongside project management.
- Apply in-depth HR expertise to complex technical requirements.
- Implement technical solutions and create structured documentation.
- Prepare and conduct workshops and training in German and English.
- Intensively maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
- Conduct requirements analyses.
- Perform effort estimates.
- Assist in preparing quotations for customer-specific solutions.
- Support colleagues with complex issues.
- Actively transfer knowledge to colleagues.
- Mentor young professionals.
- Continuously develop your hard and soft skills.
