Anforderungen
- More than 5 years of experience with integration architectures and interface design/development
- Technical know-how in SuccessFactors, BTP, cloud integration (SAP CI, formerly: SAP Integration Suite or CPI) and HCM
- Confident use of Business Integration Builder (BIB) for H4S4 or S4 integrations
- Experience in connecting third-party applications and integrating corporate identity providers
- Several years of experience in project work and strong consulting expertise
- In-depth knowledge of HR-related topics, especially HR processes
- Strong affinity for modern technologies
- High degree of flexibility and willingness to travel
- Interest in open and constructive cooperation
- Business fluent German and English skills
Aufgaben
- Develop practical integration architectures
- Provide technical leadership for your stream
- Analyze and optimize existing integration architectures
- Record and evaluate business processes
- Design and implement integration solutions with SAP CI
- Manage integration streams in large-scale projects
- Implement technical solutions with structured documentation
- Prepare and conduct workshops and training in German and English
- Cultivate relationships with new and existing customers
- Conduct requirements analyses and cost estimates
- Assist in preparing quotations for customer solutions
- Support colleagues in solving complex issues
- Mentor young professionals
- Provide continuous training in hard and soft skills
