Anforderungen

  • •More than 4 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors
  • •Certification in SuccessFactors Performance & Goals or proof of comparable experience
  • •Knowledge or experience in other SAP SuccessFactors modules
  • •Several years of experience in project work
  • •In-depth knowledge of personnel-related topics and HR processes
  • •High affinity for modern (cloud) technologies
  • •High flexibility and willingness to travel
  • •Interest in open and constructive cooperation
  • •Business fluent German and English skills

Aufgaben

  • •Focus on SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals projects from conception to go-live
  • •Develop practical solutions for annual review and target agreement processes
  • •Manage and control your own stream in collaboration with project management
  • •Contribute HR expertise to design complex technical requirements
  • •Implement technical solutions with structured documentation
  • •Prepare and conduct workshops and training sessions in German and English
  • •Maintain relationships with new and existing customers
  • •Conduct requirements analyses and cost estimates
  • •Assist in preparing quotations for customer-specific solutions
  • •Support colleagues in resolving complex issues and transfer knowledge
  • •Mentor young professionals
  • •Provide continuous training in hard and soft skills
