- More than 4 years SAP SuccessFactors experience (Recruiting focus)
- SuccessFactors Recruiting certification or comparable experience
- Knowledge/experience in other SAP SuccessFactors modules (advantageous)
- Several years project work experience and consulting expertise
- In-depth HR knowledge and HR processes
- High affinity for modern (cloud) technologies
- High flexibility and willingness to travel
- Interest in open and constructive collaboration
- Business fluent German and English skills
Aufgaben
- Support customer projects from conception to go-live
- Develop practical recruiting solutions using best practices
- Manage and control technical streams with project management
- Contribute HR expertise to complex technical requirements
- Implement technical solutions and document processes
- Prepare and conduct workshops and training sessions
- Maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Conduct requirements analyses and effort estimates
- Assist in preparing customer-specific quotations
- Support colleagues in solving complex issues
- Transfer knowledge to team members
- Mentor young professionals
- Continuously train hard and soft skills
