Anforderungen

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
  • 2+ years experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Integrations, or similar engineering role with customer exposure
  • Strong software engineering fundamentals, including ability to write, read, and push production-quality code
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, OAuth, and system integrations
  • Comfort discussing architecture, performance trade-offs, SLAs, failure scenarios
  • Experience managing integrations as projects, coordinating timelines, stakeholders, technical scope
  • Strong communication skills, active listening, confidence leading technical conversations
  • Ability to manage multiple parallel integrations, adapt to changing requirements in fast-paced environment
  • Ability to push code on the job
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, ad-tech, martech, or data platforms
  • Familiarity with retail, marketplaces, or media monetization
  • Fluency in additional languages beyond English

  • Build automation for customer use cases.
  • Design integration solutions for APIs and data flows.
  • Design authentication solutions for integrations.
  • Develop implementation plans for integrations.
  • Own customer integration projects.
  • Manage integrations from scoping to delivery.
  • Push code for customer integrations.
  • Answer deep technical questions from customers.
  • Address customer questions on reliability and performance.
  • Explain failure scenarios and system constraints.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams.
  • Surface integration challenges to teams.
  • Surface customer-driven improvements to teams.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Communicate to technical and non-technical audiences.
