- Expertise in Safe or Multi-agent RL
- Track record with Agentic AI/LLMs
- Experience with advanced fine-tuning methods
- Excellent knowledge of Python
- Knowledge of Machine Learning frameworks
- Good knowledge of C++
- Software development experience in teams
- Background in MLOps and CI/CD
- Methodical and solution-oriented approach
- High-quality standards and responsibility
- Ability to drive AI implementations
- Enthusiasm for solving technical challenges
- Very good English skills
- German language skills as a plus
Aufgaben
- Architect, develop, and deploy sophisticated AI systems
- Integrate reinforcement learning with agentic AI and multi-modal models
- Train and fine-tune multi-modal large models
- Align model behaviors with product requirements and use cases
- Enhance existing machine learning systems
- Integrate generative approaches with safe reinforcement learning algorithms
- Conduct original research at the confluence of RL and agentic AI
- Lead high-impact projects to solve scientific and applied problems
- Partner with internal customers and product teams
- Conceptualize innovative solutions and deliver high-quality MVPs
- Publish and present research findings in premier academic venues
- Contribute actively to the broader scientific community
