- Experience with cloud-based AI and software applications for manufacturing is a plus
- Extensive experience in international, interdisciplinary teams and strong communication skills
- Fluent English skills (written and spoken)
- German language skills are a plus

- Drive end-to-end lifecycle of AI feature requirements
- Elicit, analyze, prioritize, and specify AI feature requirements
- Validate and manage AI feature requirements
- Steer technical development of AI features for cloud-based industrial applications
- Focus on time-series and tabular data
- Ensure on-time, specification-compliant, and high-quality AI feature delivery
- Drive innovation through continuous AI feature pipeline
- Leverage latest research and technological advancements
- Provide technical guidance to AI development team
- Foster knowledge sharing and best practices
- Collaborate with international, interdisciplinary experts
- Communicate complex technical content to customers and stakeholders
- Communicate with technical and business stakeholders
