- Hands-on involvement in product release processes, safety standards, and validation methods in software and AI
- Expertise in modern AI algorithms and principles (generative, large-scale models, deep neural networks, foundation models, agentic AI)
- Strong background in statistics
- Extensive experience developing robust, safe, and reliable AI solutions
- Integration of AI methods with formal methods and statistical approaches
- Strong skills implementing AI algorithms in Python
- Application of modern, production-grade software development practices and standards
- Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly
- Enjoyment of working successfully in interdisciplinary and international teams
- Business fluent English skills (written and spoken)

- Collaborate with validation teams in corporate research and business units
- Design forward-looking validation concepts
- Analyze technological requirements for validation and safety
