Anforderungen
- Degree in Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in concrete materials or related building materials industry
- Concrete production knowledge and direct experience with plant engineering
- Ability to understand operational, technical, commercial, and financial aspects
- Ability to apply technical recommendations pragmatically
- Strong analytic skills and ability to engage people in data-driven culture
- Highly organized and self-motivated with excellent communication skills
- Strong communication skills to all levels in an international environment
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
- Strong ability to coach and motivate peers without direct authority
- Strong English spoken and written skills; other languages relevant to Europe are a plus
Aufgaben
- Drive performance improvement by enhancing operational and financial KPIs
- Implement review cycles for operational and financial KPIs
- Assist operations in adhering to minimum required operating practices
- Ensure timely assembly of resources for performance improvement initiatives
- Plan and lead optimization visits for RMC operations
- Follow up on improvement opportunities with local management
- Coordinate communication and initiatives with country managers
- Collaborate with local managers to promote best practices
- Transfer best practices across the organization
- Deliver training modules with the Knowledge & Training Department
- Work with Global CCR and other functions to shape RMC business
