- 3 years business experience in similar roles preferred
- Fluency in English; German would be an advantage
Aufgaben
- Conduct thorough assessments of fleet performance and condition
- Lead fleet rightsizing to determine the best machine for each task
- Contribute to the development of technical specifications for equipment procurement
- Identify and implement optimization opportunities through targeted site visits
- Assist the Global HME Manager in optimizing and improving the fleet management program
- Analyze telematic and other HME data to identify improvement potential
- Initiate projects to enhance fleet performance based on analysis
- Lead or support initiatives in Greenfield and Brownfield environments
