- Coordinate continuous improvement and innovation initiatives
- Collaborate with CCR experts to ensure operational alignment
- Analyze and report results on global innovative initiatives
- Develop operational business cases and content
- Provide project coordination and intermediate-level RMC knowledge
- Maintain internal stakeholder relationships for effective change management
- Support communication strategies to promote operational excellence
