Aufgaben
- Implement the Plant Operational Model in the AMWA Region
- Build necessary networks
- Work closely with the Global POM Manager
- Prepare regular reports
- Track progress
- Coordinate Group initiatives to meet sustainability targets
- Coordinate Group initiatives to enhance operational performance
- Perform productivity benchmarking (Pilar 1 & 3)
- Perform cost benchmarking
- Drive studies to execution
- Evaluate business cases for studies
- Collaborate with Global CCC, GR&D, ESG, and other departments to achieve targets
- Investigate innovative solutions and projects
- Support implementation of innovative solutions and projects
- Support Head of Department with ambiguous, complex, and cross-functional issues
