Inside Sales Account Manager(m/w/x)

As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you will engage with both existing and new customers, driving sales of HPE's diverse product range while adapting solutions to meet client needs. Anforderungen
- •Communication skills and positive demeanor
- •High level of accountability, initiative, and engagement
- •Technical affinity and analytical skills
- •Teamwork and motivation skills
- •Strong organizational talent and effective time management
- •Presentation and communication skills, including at management level
- •University degree or equivalent qualification or completed technical, engineering, or commercial training
- •Experience as Account Manager, in Inside Sales, or as Customer Advisor in the IT sector
- •1 to 3 years of experience in IT sales
- •Experience in other industries or various sales roles is desirable
- •Practical experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
- •Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- •Very good German and English language skills

- •Build, maintain, and organize projects with forecasting
- •Participate in product campaigns to boost sales and generate new projects
- •Collaborate closely with end customers and HPE partners
- •Implement up-selling and cross-selling of IT solutions as part of customer retention strategy
