Inside Sales Account Manager(m/w/x)

As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you will engage with both existing and new customers, driving sales of HPE's diverse product range while analyzing market trends to tailor solutions that meet client needs. This role involves project management, collaboration with partners, and participation in campaigns to enhance revenue.

Anforderungen
- •Strong communication skills with a positive demeanor
- •High level of personal responsibility, initiative, and engagement
- •Technical affinity and analytical skills
- •Teamwork and motivation skills
- •Strong organizational talent with effective time management
- •Presentation and communication skills, including at management level
- •University degree or equivalent qualification or completed technical, engineering, or commercial training
- •Experience as an Account Manager, in Inside Sales, or as a customer advisor in the IT industry
- •1 to 3 years of experience in IT sales
- •Experience in other industries or various sales roles is desirable
- •Practical experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
- •Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- •Very good German and English language skills

- •Participate in product campaigns to boost sales and generate new projects
- •Collaborate closely with end customers and HPE sales partners
- •Implement up-selling and cross-selling of IT solutions as part of customer retention strategy
