- Qualify leads and opportunities
- Maintain the sales pipeline in CRM
- Prepare and support proposals
- Assist with presentations
- Support customer meetings
- Coordinate closely with Product, Pre-Sales, and Marketing
- Ensure optimal account coverage
- Independently manage smaller deals
- Hand over complex opportunities to the Account Manager
